HarmoniKeys runs offline: voice leading is computed on your device, and your chord charts and settings stay on your device. The application requires no account and no sign-up, and remains fully usable without a network connection.
The application includes two technical measurement tools, enabled by default:
HarmoniKeys includes no advertising SDK (no Google AdMob, no Firebase, no advertising identifier), and no data is ever sold.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring the stability and usage of the application.
The only data generated by the application (preferences, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device. It never leaves the device and is deleted when you uninstall the application.
HarmoniKeys is a paid application (€4.99, one-time purchase): payment is handled exclusively by the distribution platform (Google Play or App Store). JIXTER neither receives nor stores any payment data. The processing of these transactions is governed by the privacy policy of the relevant store.
The technical data described in section 2 is processed by our processors PostHog and Sentry, solely on behalf of JIXTER and on servers located in the European Union. No data is sold, nor transmitted for advertising purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of the technical data tied to your device. As this data is tied to a random identifier rather than to your identity, please write to contact@jixter.fr: we will explain how to retrieve that identifier so that we can handle your request.
The HarmoniKeys application uses no cookies and no advertising tracking technologies.
